Carolyn is energetic and skilled in group facilitation and one-on-one work. In the area of planning Carolyn has worked as a consultant, in one on one training and has led workshops with hundreds of congregations throughout Australia and New Zealand. She has served as a consultant for a number of denominations, and was instrumental in the introduction of the 12 Keys approach to mission planning in Australia.
She is the author of Growing Generous Givers published by MediaCom.
